Winnie the Pooh: A. A. Milne's Pooh Classics, Volume 1 by A.A. Milne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
It was wonderful to spend time in 100 acre wood again. I was listening to the audiobook narrated by Peter Dennis, who did a wonderful job. Each character had their own, distinctive voice. I especially loved the voice he used for Roo. The only thing I didn't like about this version was Piglet's voice. I'm not sure if he was directed to include a piggy snort every time Piglet spoke or if it was the narrators own idea, but it didn't come off as a snort so much as an altogether different bodily function. Back on the plus side, the narrator did a fantastic job of singing Pooh's little songs.
